Here is some information regarding the recent changes with fall sports and a few reminders:

- The weekly report is on Canvas for the runners
- Hilliard 5k will be a time trial under the lights at Davidson on August 7th
- Under district orders, we are returning to phase 1 where athletes meet in pods of 9 with 1 coach
